Farklı yaş kategorilerindeki futbolcuların y denge alt ekstremite test değerlerinin biyomotorik özellikler ile ilişkisi
Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı 12-18 yaş aralığındaki erkek futbolcuların ayak bileği hareketliliği ya da sınırlılıklarının statik ve dinamik denge üzerine etkisini ve bu etkilerin futbolda sonuca etkili biyomotorik özelliklerden olan sürat, ani yön değiştirme ve güç performansına olan etkisinin araştırılmasını içermektedir. Bu çalışmada Y Denge Alt Ekstremite Test sonuçlarının 30 m Sürat Testi, T- Test ve durarak Uzun Atlama Testi performanslarına etkileri karşılaştırıp statik ve dinamik denge kalitesinin sportif performans kalitesine etkisi incelenmiştir

These effects, comprising investigate the effect of the abrupt direction changes and power performance. In this study with Lower Extremity Y Balance Test results of 30 m speed test, t-test and standing long jump test compare with their effects on the performance impact on the quality of the static and dynamic balance quality sporting performance was examined.
