Ahilik (İşsizlik) sigortasının küçük ve orta büyüklükteki işletmelerde (KOBİ) mali ve sosyal boyutunun incelenmesi üzerine bir araştırma

Abstract

Sosyal güvenlik bir dizi devlet önlemi ve bireylerin ve toplumun temel yapısını oluşturan ailelerin; iş kazası, meslek hastalığı, hastalık, analık, ölüm, işsizlik ve aile kurma yolunda oluşabilecek sosyal ile ekonomik problemlere karşı bireylerin kendilerini korumasıdır. Ülkemizde yürürlükte olan 4A sigortalıları için, İşsizlik sigortasına benzer bir yapının, işletmesini kapatmak durumunda kalan esnaf işletmeleri için işsiz kaldıkları dönemler için sosyal güvence oluşturulmasına yönelik yeni bir sigorta sistemi getirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. İşsizlik sigortasının etkinliğinden, esnaflarında aynı kapsamda yararlanabilmeleri amaçlanmıştır. It is aimed to enable tradesmen to benefit from the effectiveness of unemployment insurance within the same scope. In the study, the view of the tradesmen and their need for this insurance were evaluated.
