Abstract
İstanbul'da yer alan bir eğitim ve araştırma hastanesinde görev alan hekim ve hemşirelerden oluşan sağlık profesyonellerinin geleceğe yönelik tutumları ile işten ayrılma niyetlerinin arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesinin amaçlandığı bu çalışma kapsamında 175 hemşire, 142 hekim olmak üzere 317 katılımcıdan, sosyodemografik özellikler formu, Geleceğe Yönelik Tutum ölçeği ve İşten Ayrılma Niyeti ölçeği kullanılarak araştırma verileri toplanmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında elde edilen bazı önemli bulgular ise şu şekilde gerçekleşmiştir; çalışma şekli ile geleceğe yönelik tutumlar arasında, yaş ile geleceğe yönelik tutum arasında ters orantılı bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Kurumdaki çalışma süresi ve haftalık çalışma saati ile geleceğe yönelik tutum arasında ters orantılı bir ilişki tespit edilmiş ve bazı bulguların hemşireler ve hekimler arasında farklılık gösterdiği görülmüştür.
Within the scope of this study, which aims to examine the relationship between the attitudes of health professionals, consisting of physicians and nurses working in a training and research hospital in Istanbul, and their intention to quit, the sociodemographic characteristics form, the Attitude Towards the Future scale (Attitude Towards the Future) Research data were collected using the and the Intention to Quit Scale. Some important findings obtained within the scope of the research were as follows; An inversely proportional relationship was found between working style and attitudes towards the future, and between age and attitudes towards the future. An inversely proportional relationship was found between the working hours in the institution and the weekly working hours and the attitude towards the future, and it was observed that some findings differed between nurses and physicians.
