Abstract
Bu çalışma Kocaeli ilinde bulunan özel bir hastanede Bariatrik Cerrahi operasyonu geçirmiş hastalarda ilk 1 yıllık Diyet tedavisinin Ağırlık Kaybına etkisinin değerlendirilmesi amacıyla yapılmış retrospektif bir çalışmadır. Bu çalışmada obezite hakkında bilgiler, obezite tanı ve değerlendirme yöntemleri ve Bariatrik Cerrahi hakkında ayrıntılı bilgi verilmiştir. Çalışmada Ocak 2015- Mart 2018 döneminde Medical Park Gebze Hastanesi'nin genel cerrahi polikliniğine başvurmuş 18-65 yaş aralığındaki morbid obez tanısı almış ve Bariatrik Cerrahi operasyonu geçirmiş toplam 55 hasta değerlendirilmiştir. Ocak 2015-Mart 2018 tarihleri arasında Bariatrik Cerrahi operasyonu geçiren 40'kadın 15'i erkek toplam 55 hastanın tamamı araştırmaya dâhil edilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularında kadın hastaların Diyet programlarına daha fazla uyduğu tespit edilmiştir. Diyete uyan bireylerde ALT, AST, HbA1c değerlerinde daha fazla düzelme olduğu saptanmıştır. Ameliyat öncesi bulguların ortalama Ağırlıklıkları 118,82±22,97 kg 'dır. Bariatrik Cerrahi sonrası birinci ayın sonunda Ağırlık Kaybının 108,02±21,83 kg, üç ayın sonunda 98,14±21,54 kg ve beşinci ayın sonunda ise Ağırlık Kaybının 78,17±16,47 kg, olduğu gözlenmiştir. Ayrıca, sadece ameliyatın yeterli olmadığı, sağlıklı bir Ağırlık Kaybı için ameliyat sonrası mutlaka Diyet programı dâhilinde sürecin devam ettirilmesinin şart olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. This study is a retrospective study to evaluate the effect of Weight Loss of first-year Diet on Weight Loss in patients undergoing Bariatric Surgery in a private hospital in Kocaeli. In this study, information about obesity, diagnosis and evaluation methods of obesity and Bariatric Surgery are given in detail. In this study, a total of 55 patients who were admitted to the general Surgery outpatient clinic of Medical Park Gebze Hospital between January 2015 and March 2018 were diagnosed as morbidly obese aged 18-65 years and underwent Bariatric Surgery. All patients (55 people) who underwent Bariatrih Surgery between January 2015 and March 2018 were included in the study. Research findings revealed that women adhere to the diet more. It was found that there was more improvement in ALT, AST, HbA1c values in individuals who followed a Diet. The mean Weight of the preoperative findings is 118.82 ± 22.97 kg. After Bariatric Surgery, it was observed that the Weight Loss was around 108.02±21.83 kg, at the end of the first month, 98.14±21.54 kg, at the end of the three months and 78.17±16.47 kg, at the end of the fifth month. In addition, it was concluded that Surgery alone is not sufficient, and it is essential to continue the process within the Diet program after Surgery for a healthy Weight Loss.
