Abstract
Araştırma, Karabük İlinde Gebelerde Sağlık Arama Davranışını incelemek, gebelerin yaş gruplarına, eğitim durumlarına, aile tipine, sağlık kuruluşuna olan uzaklık durumlarına, gelir durumlarına, sosyal güvence durumlarına, gebelik sayısına, doğum sayısına, gebeliğin istenmesi durumuna göre sağlık arama davranışındaki farklılıkları incelemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı ve kesitsel olarak yapılmıştır. Araştırma 2 Ocak 2014 tarihinden itibaren en az 312 gebeye ulaşana dek veri toplama aşaması, 31 Ocak 2014 tarihine kadar sürdürülmüştür. Verilerin SPSS programına girişi 28.02.2014 tarihinde tamamlanmıştır. Alan verilerinin değerlendirmesi ve yazımı 30.03.2014 tarihinde sona ermiştir. Araştırmanın evreni Karabük İlinde ikamet eden, doğum yapmış veya henüz doğum yapmamış gebe kadınlardır. Kadın doğum polikliniklerine gelen 312 gebe kadına sistematik örnekleme yöntemi uygulanarak yüz yüze anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Anket üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde sıklık dağılımlar ve ki-kare testi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada, gebelik ve doğumla ilgili bilgi edinmek için internete bakanların oranın en fazla gelir durumu asgari ücretten fazla olan gebeler olduğu saptanmıştır. Eğitim durumu ilkokul olan gebelerden gebelik ve doğumla ilgili bilgi edinmek için internete bakmayanların oranının daha fazla olduğu saptanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, bebek sağlığının geliştirilmesi açısından gebelerin doğru bilgileri; ne oranda, kimlerden ya da nerelerden almakta olduğu önemlidir. Research was performed as descriptive and cross sectional study in the province of Karabuk to investigate the differences of pregnant womens health seeking behaviour according to age group, their educational status, type of family, the health care provider and the distance to status, income status, social security status, number of pregnancies, the number of deliveries, the case of unintended pregnancy. The data collection was at least 312 pregnant women in which the study has begun on 2nd January 2014 and has been continued until 31st January 2014. Data entry into the SPSS program was completed on 28thFebruary 2014 and evaluation of the data and writing ended on 30th March 2014. The research population residing in the Province of Karabuk, childbirth or maternity are pregnant women.312 pregnant women attending gynecology clinics applying the method of systematic sampling survey was conducted face to face. Survey consists of three parts. The frequency distribution and chi-square test used for the data evaluation. Pregnant women who research from the internet to learn about pregnancy and childbirth found having income higher than minimum wage in this study. The ratio of pregnant women who do not research much from the internet about pregnancy and childbirth is higher for the ones whose educational status are in elementary school level. As a result, in terms of improving the health of pregnant women infants, it is important for those women to get an accurate information from accurate sources as well as from accurate people.
