Abstract
Çalışma için flüt eğitiminin her evresinde kullanılabilecek on adet Çanakkale türküsü seçilmiştir.
From past to present, many methods have been followed in instrument education in general and flute education in particular. This diversity has been presented to the individual receiving instrument education in a wide range from universal to local. In the 19th century, with the influence of national movements, utilizing the local and feeding on folkloric elements took place in sub-fields of music such as composition, performance and education. Turkish music, which covers a wide geography from Central Asia to Anatolia, has also been used in this utilization. Especially in recent studies, serious conclusions have been reached that playing the music of the region where the individual lives, or combining these musics with abstract or concrete musical elements, can positively affect the education process in instrument training. This study is based on the assumption that the folk songs of Çanakkale region, which has a rich musical culture, will increase the success of the student when used in flute instrument education. Ten Çanakkale folk songs that can be used at every stage of flute education were selected for the study. Various musical dynamics were added to the ten folk songs with different maqam, usul and melodic characteristics in order to be used in flute education, and the performance capacity was increased with articulations. In addition, it was also aimed to add works to the flute repertoire with Turkish music content by vocalizing the folk songs taken as the basis of the study for flute.
