Türkiye'de futbolcuların ve futbol kulüplerinin vergilendirilmesi

Abstract

Günümüzde futbol insanlar tarafından en çok ilgi çeken aktivite olmuştur. Öyle ki kulüp bütçeleri, transfer ücretleri, sponsorluk, ürün satışı, reklam ve pazarlama ile birlikte spor, milyar dolarlık bir sektör haline gelmiştir. Futbol büyük bir sektör haline gelmesi ve büyük bir sermayeyi yönetmesi de bu sektörün vergilendirilmesi hususunun önem kazanmasına neden olmuştur. Bu çalışmada, ülkemizde futbol sektörünün vergilendirilmesinde uygulanan kanun ve kurallar, sporun desteklenmesi amacı ile uygulanan vergi avantajları ile kanun ve uygulamaların olumlu ve olumsuz yönleri ele alınarak değerlendirmelerde bulunulmuştur.
