Cezayir Timimoune Şehri Sürdürülebilir Gelişimi için Bir Model Önerisi

Abstract

Onlarca yıldır yapılan araştırmalar, sürdürülebilir mimarinin doğayla bağlantı kurarak ekonomik, çevresel ve sosyal faydalar sağladığını gösteriyor; ancak sürdürülebilir tasarım uygulamalarının çoğu Batı kültürü ve ortamına dayanmaktadır. Kuzey Afrika'da, özellikle de Güney Cezayir'de sürdürülebilir tasarımın uygulanmasına yönelik çalışmalar eksiktir. Çalışmanın amacı, Timimoune şehrinde yenilikçi sürdürülebilir mimari modellerin uygulanmasıyla çöl ortamına ve yerel kültüre uygun yeni mimari formlar sağlanabileceği hipoteziyle, Güney Cezayir kültürü ve ortamında dikkate alınabilecek yenilikçi sürdürülebilir mimari yönergeleri ve tasarım sonuçlarını önermektir. Bu araştırmada önerilen rehberde, bölgenin tarihi, kültürü, ekolojisi ve iklimi de dahil olmak üzere yer bağlamını dikkate alınmıştır. Güney Cezayir'deki tarihi ve turistik bir şehir olan Timimoune, yaşadığı çeşitli çevresel, ekonomik, kentsel, iklimsel ve sosyal sorunlar nedeniyle alan çalışması olarak seçilmiştir. Bu çalışma, kavramlar geliştirerek, bunları araştırılabilecek önemli konulara ve yönlere dönüştürmek için belirli özellikleri ve ilişkileri tanımlar. Tezin özünde, araştırma Timimoune şehrinin çöl doğasını açıklamaya odaklanacak ve ardından örnek alan çalışmasının çevresel, kültürel, sosyal ve ekonomik verilerini analiz etmeye odaklanacak, araştırmanın ikinci kısmında sürdürülebilir mimari teoriler geliştirilerek ve benzer örneklerin eleştirel analizi yapılacaktır. Bu çalışmanın ana bulgusu, Güney Cezayir kültürü ve ortamında sürdürülebilir mimarinin yenilikçi ilkelerini keşfetmektir.Decades of research show that sustainable architecture has economic, environmental and social benefits by connecting with nature; however, most sustainable design applications are based on Western culture and environment. There is lack of studies on the application of sustainable design in North Africa, especially in southern Algeria. The study's goal is to extrapolate innovative sustainable architecture guidelines and design implications that can be considered in the south Algeria culture and environment with the hypothesis that the application of innovative sustainable architecture guidelines in the city of Timimoune gives us new architecture forms suitable to desert environment and locale culture. For this research, in the proposed guidelines, we take into consideration the site context, including the history, culture, ecology, and climate of the site. Timimoune a historical and touristic city in south Algeria is selected us a case study due several environmental, economic, urban, climatic and socials issues that it suffers from. These studies describe certain characteristics and relationships, to develop clear concepts and translate them into crucial issues and aspects that can be investigated. Within the core of the thesis, the research will focus on explaining the desert nature of Timimoune city, and then focus on analysing the case study environmental, cultural, social and economic data , the second part of research focuses on development of sustainable architecture theories and critical analysis of similar examples . The major outcome of this study is to explore the innovative guidelines of sustainable architecture in south Algeria culture and environment.
