Abstract
Örgütsel Bağlılık ve dönüşümcü liderlik konuları geçmişte birçok araştırma ve incelemeye konu olmuş önemli faktörlerdendir. Bu araştırmada iki faktör arasındaki ilişkinin varlığı incelenmiştir. Türkiye'de bulunan 4 adet faktoring şirketi üzerinden anket uygulaması yapılmış ve veriler elde edilmiştir. Verilerin elde edilmesinde SPSS 25 paket programından destek alınmıştır. Yapılan araştırma sonucunda dönüşümcü liderlik ile örgütsel bağlılık arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Dönüşümcü Liderlik, Örgütsel Bağlılık
Organizational Commitment and transformational leadership are important factors that have been the subject of many researches and investigations in the past. In this study, the relationship between the two factors was examined. Survey of over 4 factoring companies in Turkey conducted and data were obtained. SPSS 25 package program was used to obtain data. As a result of the research, it was concluded that there is a meaningful relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment.
