Ses Hijyeni Protokolleri ve Şan Performansı İlişkisi
Abstract
Sesin oluşumu ve ses hijyenini etkileyen faktörler, sesini aktif olarak kullanan mesleklerde; özellikle şan performansçıları ve şan öğrencileri için oldukça önemlidir. Bu çalışmada ses hijyeni konusu geniş bir şekilde araştırılmış, bu bağlamda literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Öncelikle sesin oluşumunu sağlayan anatomik sistemler ele alınmış, sesi olumsuz yönde etkileyen faktörler tek tek incelenmiştir. Ses sağlının önemi, şan performansını etkileyen sorunlar, ses hijyeni protokolleri ve sürdürülebilir şan performansının edinilmesini sağlayan alışkanlıkların kazandırılmasına yönelik öneriler sunulmuştur.
The factors affecting the formation of the voice and vocal hygiene are very important in professions that actively use the voice; especially for vocal performers and vocal students. In this study, the subject of vocal hygiene was extensively researched and a literature review was conducted in this context. First of all, the anatomical systems that provide the formation of the voice were discussed and the factors that negatively affect the voice were examined one by one. The importance of vocal health, problems affecting vocal performance, vocal hygiene protocols and suggestions for gaining habits that ensure sustainable vocal performance were presented.
