Bursa Özel Eğitim ve Rehabilitasyon Merkezinde eğitim gören nörolojik hastalıklı çocukların beslenme durumlarının vitamin b12, vitamin d, demir bulguları ile ilişkisi

Abstract
Bu araştırma 26.03.2018-26.06.2018 tarihleri arasında Bursa'da özel bir eğitim ve rehabilitasyon merkezinde eğitim gören 2-15 yaş arası nörolojik hastalık tanısı almış 31 kişi üzerinde yapılmıştır. Araştırmaya 40 katılımcı ile başlanmış, 9 katılımcının araştırma koşullarına uygun olmaması ile 31 katılımcı ile devam edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada katılımcıların beslenme durumları ile hasta dosyalarındaki kayıtlı kan bulgularından, demir, D vitamini, B12 vitamini bulgularının karşılaştırılması hedeflenmiştir. Kesitsel ve retrospektif bir çalışmadır. Verilerin istatistiksel analizi SPSS v.21 programı ile yapılmış ve beslenme durumlarının değerlendirilmesinde BEBİS programından yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarında çocukların yaş gruplarına göre boy uzunluğu ve persentil değerleri ortalamaları arasındaki fark ile tüm gruplar arasında anlamlı sonuç elde edilememiştir. Katılımcıların sağlık sorunlarının, beslenme durumlarının ve dolayısıyla büyüme ve gelişmelerinin olumsuz etkilendiğini düşündürmektedir. Katılımcıların alması gereken enerji ve besin öğeleri ile tüketimleri arasında anlamlı bir sonuç bulunmamıştır. THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN VITAMIN B12, VITAMIN D AND IRON FINDINGS OF NUTRITIONAL STATUS OF CHILDREN WHICH NEUROLOGICAL ILLNESS EDUCATION IN BURSA SPECIAL EDUCATION AND REHABILITATION CENTER This research was conducted on 26.03.2018-26.06.2018 in 31 individuals with a diagnosis of neurological disease between the ages of 2 and 15 in a special education and rehabilitation center in Bursa. This research was started with 40 participants and continued with the 31 participation. 9 participants disjoined this research because of the not proper conditions. In this research, it was aimed compare to nutritional status of the participants with the blood findings (iron, vitamin D and vitamin B12). This research is a cross-sectional and retrospective study. Statistical analysis of the data was made with the SPSS v.21 program and the BEBIS program was used to result for nutritional status. In the result of the research, there is any significant results could be obtained between the groups according to the age of group and the mean length and percentile values.It is thought that the health problems, nutritional status and growth and development of the participants are affected negatively.It has been observed that the health problems of the participants, nutritional status, growth and development are affected of negatively. A significant result could not be observed between the energy and nutrients of the participants and their consumption.This suggests that the effect of the nutritional supplements recommended by the physician.
