Abstract
Pazarlama, müşteri memnuniyetine ulaşmanın temeli olduğundan, finansal kontrolün şirketlerin pazarlaması üzerindeki etkisini incelemeye artan bir ilgi vardır. Ayrıca, şirket için en yüksek karlılığa ulaşmada faktörlerden yararlanmak için kullanılan finansal kontrol yöntemlerini güncellemeye yer verilir. Bu çalışmanın örnekleri, farklı yaş ve deneyimlere sahip beş çalışan grubuna yönelik bir anket aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Su ve meşrubat sanayi ve gıda imalatında uzmanlaşmış beş farklı şirket kullanıldı. Bu çalışma, finansal kontrolün pazarlama üzerindeki etkisine ve tüm şirket operasyonlarını kaydetmek için bilgisayar programlarının kullanımına odaklanmaktadır. Böyle bir çalışma, finansal kontrol ve pazarlama arasında 0.01 istatistiksel anlamlılık düzeyinde güçlü bir ilişki olduğunu buldu. Mali kontrol, şirketin harcamalarının rasyonalize edilmesi sürecinde yardımcı oldu ve en yüksek önem oranı 0.91 e ulaştı. Şirketin yazılım programlarını kullandığı paragraf ise bilgisayardan yararlanarak tüm işlemlerini kayıt altına alırken son sırada yer aldı ve 0,58 gibi orta bir önem kaydetti. Bu çalışmanın sonuçlarının şirketlerin yönetim uygulamalarının iyileştirilmesine ve geliştirilmesine yardımcı olacağı umulmaktadır.
There is an increasing interest to study the effect of the financial control on companies marketing because marketing is the basis for achieving customer satisfaction. As well as, seeking to update the financial control methods used in order to benefit from them in achieving the highest profitability for the company. This study samples were collected through do a questionnaire for five groups of employees that different ages and experiences. Five different companies were used, specializing in Industry of water and soft drinks and food manufacturing. This research concentrates on the effect of financial control on marketing and the use of computer programs to record all company operations. Such study found, there is a significant connection between financial control and marketing at the statistical significance grade of 0.01. Where, financial control helped in the process of rationalizing of company's spending and it came with the highest importance rate of 0.91. While the paragraph that company uses software programs came Computerized to record all its operations in the ranked last, and recorded a medium importance of 0.58. It is hoped that the outcomes of the present research able to development and improve of companies' management practices.
