Abstract
Bu çalışma, İstanbul Üniversitesi İstanbul Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesi Genel Cerrahi ve Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji kliniklerinde, en az 3 gün ve üzerinde yatmakta olan, 18 yaş ve üzerindeki 150 hastanın toplu beslenme hizmetlerinden memnuniyet durumlarını saptayıp, memnuniyet durumlarını olumsuz yönde etkileyen etmenleri ortaya çıkarmak, hastaların hastanede kalış süresi boyunca memnuniyet düzeylerini artırmak, yatış sürelerini kısaltmak, tedavilerine olumlu katkı sağlamak, gelişebilecek muhtemel komplikasyonlardan korumak, hastaların beklenti ve ihtiyaçlarını tespit edip bakım kalitesini artırmak amacıyla yapılmıştır.
This study aims to identify the satisfaction of 150 patients, who are older than 18 years old and are staying in hospital more than 3 days at General Surgery, Orthopedics and Traumatology clinics of Istanbul University Istanbul School of Medicine Hospital, and aims to find out the factors affecting level of satisfaction in a negative way, to increase the level of satisfactions during the stay of patients at hospital, to decrease the length of hospital stay, to contribute the treatments in a positive way, to protect against the possible complications and to increase the quality of care by identifying the expectations and needs of the patients
