Hastanelerde gürültü yönetimi: Yenidoğan yoğun bakım örneği
Abstract
Bu çalışma hastanenin 4 farklı hizmet birimi ve Yenidoğan Yoğun Bakım Ünitesinde gürültü düzeylerinin belirlenmesi, iyileştirme faaliyetlerinin gürültüyü azaltmada etkisinin değerlendirilmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma, prospektif, tanımlayıcı ve deneysel olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Gürültünün azaltılmasında bir YYBÜ'de uygulanan iyileştirme faaliyetlerinin öncesi ve sonrası değerlendirilmiştir. YYBÜ'de gürültü iyileştirme öncesi 5 gün ve sonrası 5 gün 24 saat boyunca ölçülmüştür. Bruel & Kjaer Sound Level Metre Type 2260 cihazı YYBÜ gürültüsü ölçümlerinde kullanılmıştır. Gürültü düzeyleri saniyelik olarak ölçülüp 10 dakikalık kayıtlar alınmıştır. Veriler SPSS 16 programı ile Student t ve Kolmogorov Smirnov testleri ile değerlendirilmiştir. Hastanenin genel gürültü düzeyleri ulusal ve uluslararası standartlara göre yüksek bulunmuştur. YYBÜ'de iyileştirme faaliyetleri öncesi gürültü seviyesi; I. Düzey için 67 dB, II. Düzey için 66 dB ve III. Düzey için 69 dB ölçülmüştür. İyileştirme faaliyetleri sonrası gürültü seviyesi ise; I. Düzey için 58 dB, II. Düzey için 62 dB ve III. Düzey için 63 dB ölçülmüştür. YYBÜ'de iyileştirme faaliyetleri ile gürültü düzeyi azaltılmıştır ancak ulusal ve uluslararası standart değerlere erişilememiştir.

Research was a prospective, descriptive and experimental were carried out. Noise reduction applied to a NICU were evaluated before and after remediation activities. NICU 5 days before and 5 days after noise improvement was measured for 24 hours. Bruel & Kjaer Sound Level Meter Type 2260 noise measuring device is used in the NICU. Noise levels were measured as a second 10-minute recordings were taken. With SPSS 16 program was evaluated by Student's t test and Kolmogorov-Smirnov. The overall noise level of hospital were found higher according to international standarts. The noise level before improvement activities was measured as 67 dB for Level I, 66 dB for Level II and 69 dB for Level III NICU.
