Abstract
Dünyada Sanayi Devriminin etkisiyle belirginleşen, Türkiye'deki işletmelerin gündemine de 2000'li yıllardan beri dahil olan sosyal sorumluluk faaliyetleri, toplumsal bilincin değişimine sağladığı katkı ile de işletmelerin vizyon ve misyonlarına yön vermiştir. Türkiye'deki işletmelerin bu yönde gerçekleştirdikleri faaliyetler içinde, okul hayatına devam edemeyen kız çocuklarının eğitim almalarını sağlayarak toplumsal kültüre destek vermek, özellikle çocukların hedef kitle seçildiği bilgi ve beceri geliştirici atölye çalışmaları uygulamak, hijyen ve sağlık konusunda toplumsal farkındalık yaratmak, doğayı korumak ve çevre bilinci oluşturmak, ülke genelinde kültürel kaynaşmanın sağlanması ve sanatsal etkinliklerle bireylere yeni bakış açıları kazandırmak gibi konular yer almaktadır. Bu çalışmada öncelikle, 'Kurumsal Sosyal Sorumluluk' tanımlanmış, Kurumsal Sosyal Sorumluluğun gelişim süreci üzerinde durulmuş; sorumluluk standartları ile Türkiye'de uygulanmış başarılı kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk örnekleri araştırılmıştır. Çalışmanın ilerleyen aşamasında, Capital dergisinin yayınlamış olduğu 'Türkiye'nin En Beğenilen Şirketleri'nin sıralama verileri örnek alınarak 2014 ve 2015 yılları listelerinde yer alan Türkiye'deki özel sermayeli dört bankanın web siteleri ile duyurusunu yaptıkları kültür ve sanat konulu kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk faaliyetlerine yer verilmiştir. Adı geçen bankaların misyon ve vizyonları, sürdürülebilirlik raporları ve web siteleri aracılığı ile kamuoyu ile paylaştıkları bilgiler esas alınarak, yapmış oldukları kültür sanat konulu kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk faaliyetleri incelenmiş, tespiti yapılan faaliyetler ile topluma kültürel olarak kazandırdıkları, hangi sanat dallarında ne şekilde faaliyetlerde bulundukları, toplumun hangi kesiminin hedef kitle seçildiği, hangi yörelere ulaşılabildiği, çalışmaların ne şekilde yapıldığı gibi konular araştırma konusu yapılmıştır Anahtar Kelimeler: Sosyal Sorumluluk, Kurumsal Sosyal Sorumluluk, Kültür, Sanat
Social responsibility activities, which is on the agenda of the business in Turkey since 2000s, coming into focus with the effect of Industrial Revolution in the world, shapes the vision and the mission of business with its contribution to social awareness. Activities carried out by business in Turkey in this direction includes the topics such as supporting social culture by ensuring girls who cannot continue with their education educated, carrying out workshops which develops knowledge and skills of especially child focused target group, raising social awareness on the topics of hygiene and health, protecting the nature and creating environmental consciousness, creating cultural amalgamation across the country, and providing new point of views to individuals with art related activities. In this study, primarily, the term 'Institutional Social Responsibility' is defined; development process of Institutional Social Responsibility is emphasized; standards of responsibility and examples of successful Institutional Social Responsibility held in Turkey are searched. The following steps in the study includes culture and art themed institutional social responsibility activities announced on the websites of four banks with private capital in Turkey which are on the lists of 2014 and 2015 by taking the data from the list of 'Top Companies in Turkey' published by Capital magazine as a example. Culture and art themed institutional social responsibility activities they made are examined, based on the missions and the visions of the above-mentioned banks, the information shared to public via sustainability reports and websites, and the topics such as what they culturally bring to the society with the identified activities, how they perform activities on which branch of art, which part of the society is chosen as target group, whichever regions they reached , how the missions are performed, are made research subject Key Words: Social Responsibility, Institutional Social Responsibility, Culture, Art
