Araştırmanın evrenini Kocaeli ilinde yer alan Kocaeli Üniversitesi Araştırma ve Uygulama Hastanesi, Kocaeli Sağlık Bilimleri Üniversitesi Derince Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi, Kocaeli Devlet Hastanesi, İzmit Seka Devlet Hastanesi, Gölcük Necati Çelik Devlet Hastanesi, Darıca Farabi Devlet Hastanesi, Kocaeli Sağlık Bilimleri Üniversitesi Derince Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi-Alikahya ve Yerleşkesi ve Gebze Fatih Devlet Hastanesinde çalışan 174 ameliyathane hemşiresi, örneklemini ise en az 6 aydır ameliyathanede görev yapmakta olan ve Araştırmaya gönüllü olan 132 ameliyathane hemşiresi oluşturdu. Araştırmanın verilerinin elde edilmesinde araştırmacılar tarafından literatüre göre hazırlanmış 'Hemşire Bilgi Formu',' Ekip Yaklaşımı Formu' ve 'Algılanan Stres Ölçeği kullanıldı. Araştırma verilerinin değerlendirilmesinde Statistical Package for the Socia Science 21 programı ile yapıldı. Araştırmanın verilerinin değerlendirilmesinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler için yüzde, minimum, maksimum, ortalama kullanıldı. Normal dağılım gösteren nicel değişkenlerin iki grup arası karşılaştırmalarında Student-t testi, ikiden fazla grup arası karşılaştırmalarında Oneway ANOVA kullanıldı. İki ölçek arası ilişki değerlendirilmesinde Pearson korelasyon analizi, değişkenler arası nedensel ilişkiler için çoklu regresyon analizi kullanıldı. İstatistiksel analiz için anlamlılık düzeyi p<0,05 olarak kabul edildi. Araştırmaya katılan ameliyathane hemşirelerinin yaş ortalaması 37,79±6,59 yıl , %88,6'sının kadın, %79,5'inin evli, % 67,4'ünün lisans mezunu, %35,6' sının sigara kullandığı, %20,5'inin alkol kullandığı bulundu. Araştırmaya katılan ameliyathane hemşirelerinin meslekteki çalışma süresi 16,22±7,45 yıl, ameliyathanede deneyim süresinin 12,32±7,41 yıl olduğu ve %47'sinin T.C Sağlık Bakanlığı Hastanesinde çalıştığı bulundu. Hemşirelerin Ekip Yaklaşımı Formu ölçeğinden aldıkları puan ortalaması 90,86±8,86, Algılanan Stres Ölçeğinden aldıkları puan ortalaması 2,85±0.53 olarak saptandı. Araştırma kapsamındaki hemşirelerde Ekip Yaklaşımı formu toplamından aldıkları puanlar ile Algılanan Stres Ölçeği ve alt boyutlarından aldıkları puanlar arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmadı (p>0.05). Araştırma sonucunda ameliyathane hemşirelerinin ekip yaklaşımı puanının yüksek olduğu, algılanan stres düzeyinin orta seviyede olduğu bulundu. Population of research comprised of 174 operating room nurses from Kocaeli University Research and Application Hospital, Kocaeli Health Sciences University Derince Education and Research Hospital, Kocaeli State Hospital, Izmit Seka State Hospital, Gölcük Necati Çelik State Hospital, Darica Farabi State Hospital, Kocaeli Health Sciences University Derince Education and Research Hospital-Alikahya and its campus and Gebze Fatih State Hospital. Sample comprised of 132 operating room nurses working in the operating room for at least 6 months and voluntary to participate. 'Nurse Information Form', 'Team Approach form' and 'Perceived Stress Scale ' were used. They are prepared by the researchers in obtaining the data of the study. Statistical Package for the Socia Science 21 program was used to evaluate the research data. Percentage, minimum, maximum and average were used for descriptive statistics in the evaluation of the data of the study. The Student-t test was used for two-group comparisons of quantitative variables with normal distribution, and Oneway ANOVA was used for more than two-group comparisons. Pearson correlation analysis was used to evaluate the relationship between the two scales and multiple regression analysis was used for causal relationships between variables.. Significance for statistical analysis was considered p<0.05. The average age of the nurses surveyed was 37.79±6.59, 88.6% were women, 79.5% were married, 67.4% were undergraduate graduates, 35.6% used cigarettes, 20.5% used alcohol, 16.22±7.45 years of experience in profession , 12.32±7.41 years of experience in the operating room, 47% worked in the Hospitals of Ministry of Health of Turkey. The average score of the nurses on the team approach Form scale was 90.86±8.86 and the average score of the nurses on the Perceived Stress Scale was 2.85±0.53. There was no statistically significant relationship between the scores they received from the team approach form sum and the scores they received from the Perceived Stress Scale and lower dimensions in the nurses participating in the study (p>0.05).The study found that the team approach score of operating room nurses was high and the perceived stress level was intermediate.
