It can be thought that digital boards are so efficient and useful. However, the main point is adaptation capabilities of existing teachers. Considering the capabilities of teachers on technological materials, it is difficult to achieve targeted success. So before building technological infrastructure to every classroom, it is important to make knowledge about these technologies. Because it is more important how you can benefit from technology than what it can be do. As a result in-service training is very important about using new technologies for existing teachers before facing with that.
