This research is adescriptive study modelled as screening. The sample consists of 562 teachers. The resultsshowed that the level of organizational silence of teachers is “moderate”. It is seen that theorganizational silence level is “moderate” due to subdimensions such as school enviroment,origin of silence and isolation, “high” due to subdimensions like emotions and administration.The research showed that length of service at the present school, level of education andprofessional branch variable are not statistically significant in the sense of level oforganizational silence of teachers in total and in all subdimensions.
