The methodological research was conducted between 1 March - 30 September 2025 with 209 women by random sampling. 'Introductory Information Form' and 'Tubal Ligation Information Scale Draft Form' were used for data collection. The 'Tubal Ligation Knowledge Scale Draft Form', which was prepared in five-point Likert type and consisted of 21 items, was presented to 12 experts to evaluate the content validity. After the expert opinion, the content validity index of the draft scale was determined as 0.80. As a result of exploratory factor analysis, some items were excluded from the structure. The Tubal Ligation Knowledge Scale was finalised with 8 items and two sub-dimensions after confirmatory factor analysis. In confirmatory factor analysis, the goodness of fit values of the scale were determined as χ²/sd: 2,610; GFI: 0,949; AGFI: 0,893; CFI: 0,982; RMSEA: 0,078; SRMR: 0,030. The reliability of the scale against time was evaluated by test-retest method and it was found that the agreement between the responses was very good (ICC: 0,891; p<0,001). The Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of the scale was 0.923 and the Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of the scale sub-dimensions ranged between 0.914 and 0.925. In this study, it was determined that the Tubal Ligation Knowledge Scale is a valid and reliable scale. Metodolojik tipteki araştırma, 1 Mart – 30 Eylül 2025 tarihleri arasında, gelişigüzel örnekleme ile 209 kadın ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Verilerin toplanmasında, 'Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu' ve 'Tüp Ligasyon Bilgi Ölçeği Taslak Formu' kullanıldı. Beşli likert tipi hazırlanan ve 21 maddeden oluşan 'Tüp Ligasyon Bilgi Ölçeği Taslak Formu' kapsam geçerliliğini değerlendirmek amacıyla 12 uzman görüşüne sunuldu. Uzman görüşü sonrasında taslak ölçeğin Kapsam Geçerlik İndeksi 0,80 olarak belirlendi. Açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda bazı maddeler yapı dışına çıkartıldı. Tüp Ligasyon Bilgi Ölçeği, doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonrasında 8 madde ve 2 alt boyuttan oluşan son halini aldı. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizinde ölçeğin uyum iyiliği değerleri χ²/sd:2,610; GFI: 0,949; AGFI: 0,893; CFI: 0,982; RMSEA: 0,078; SRMR: 0,030 olarak belirlendi. Ölçeğin zamana karşı güvenirliği test-tekrar test yöntemiyle değerlendirilerek yanıtlar arası uyumun çok iyi olduğu saptandı (ICC: 0,891; p<0,001). Ölçeğin Cronbach Alfa güvenirlik katsayısının 0,923 olduğu ve ölçek alt boyutlarının Cronbach Alfa güvenirlik katsayısının 0,914 ile 0,925 arasında değiştiği belirlendi. Bu çalışmada Tüp Ligasyon Bilgi Ölçeği'nin geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek olduğu belirlendi.
