Objective: This study examines white-collar employees’ expectations from the HR department in the digitalization process. Methods: In this study, qualitative research methods were utilized and three focus group interviews were conducted with 20 white-collar employees of the same company. The data was analyzed by thematic analysis using MAXQDA 2018 qualitative data analysis program. Results: White-collar employees’ expectations were divided into five main themes: providing training on technology use, updating recruitment criteria, preparing the company for digitalization, encouraging technology use, and determining the appropriateness of technology.
