Windmills were constructed generally to grind cereals and seeds, lift water and run saws. Windmills may fall under the scope of industrial heritage with these aspects. In this study the windmills which located in Mediterranean countries such as Turkey, Greece and Spain have been included. Also In this study, the historical development, the architectural design process and the interior design setup of windmills are examined.
