Bulun, Mehtap AtasevenAtaseven Bulun, MehtapÖzgür, Zehra Gizem2024-08-072024-08-072021https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.14517/5300Bu çalışmanın amacı; İstanbul'daki kamu-özel-üniversite hastanelerinin 1985-2019 yılları arasındaki büyüme ve kullanım verilerini, Sağlık Bakanlığına bağlı kamu hastanesi, özel sektör girişimleri ve üniversitelere bağlı hastaneler olarak sınıflayarak, yıllara ve sektör paylarına göre incelemektir. Araştırmada hastane gruplarını kıyaslamak için 1985-2019 yılları arasında 'toplam hastane sayısı, toplam ameliyat sayısı, toplam yatak sayısı, toplam hasta müracaat sayısı, toplam yatılan gün sayısı ve toplam hekim sayısı' ölçüt olarak alınmıştır. Çalışmada sunulan tüm veriler İstanbul İl Sağlık Müdürlüğü ve TÜİK hastane sektör verileri aracılığı ile elde edilmiştir. Çalışma boyunca elde edilen tüm veriler, istatistikler ve grafikler SPSS 24.00 versiyonlu v21 lisanslı paket program ile analiz edilmiştir. Bağımlı ve bağımsız değişkenler arasındaki ilişkilerin analizinde bağımsız gruplar için iki ortalama arasındaki farkın önemlilik testi (t-testi), Kovaryans matrisleri homojenlik testi, Grup ortalama vektörleri testi, Levene tesri, Friedman testi, Posthoc, tek yönlü MANOVA kullanılmıştır. Sürekli niteliğe sahip olan bağımlı ve bağımsız değişkenler arasındaki ilişkinin analiz edilmesinde ise regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma neticesinde, 2000 ve sonrası dönemde hastane sayılarının artış hızının yüksek olduğu (p<0,05) ancak nüfusa bakıldığında kamu hastanelerindeki artışın, özel hastanelerin altında kaldığı (p<0,05) tespit edilmiştir. Yıllara göre yatak sayıları, hastanelere yapılan toplam hasta müracaatları, toplam ameliyat sayısının, hekim sayısının ve toplam yatılan gün sayısındaki değişimin ise hastane türüne göre gruplar arasında istatiksel olarak farklı olduğu (p<0,05) görülmüştür. Bin kişiye düşen yatak sayısı, (p=.332 > 0,05) değişkeni hariç tüm bağımlı değişkenlerde hastane türüne göre farklılıklar olduğu da tespit edilmiştir.The aim of this study is; Growth and usage data of public-private-university hospitals in Istanbul between 1985 and 2019; It is to be classified as public hospitals affiliated to the Ministry of Health, private sector enterprises and hospitals affiliated to universities, and to examine them according to years and sector shares.
