The increasing disturbance levels with the corrupted analog telemetry signal are resulting in increasing noise levels; however, often it is still audible or the control system is still reliable. Beyond a certain disturbance level - digital cliff, the digital telemetry signal and control may stop abruptly. From ten applied adaptive filter algorithms, only three have shown successfully good results in the early prediction of the ESP electric motor real insulation disruption.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessSubmersible electric motoradaptive filteringoil industrynoisecommunication-telemetry channelsValuations of Adaptive Methods for Filtering Out High-Noises in Oil Complexes Telemetry SystemsConference Object304308WOS:000345830600051
