The results initially expected have rarely been reached. This paper proposes a comprehensive framework for assessing the performance and usage of an adopted ERP system. This paper examines the determinants of indicators during the post-implementation stage of ERP systems and identifies drivers that contribute to effective usage of ERP systems. The present study employs past literature to identify important factors and utilizes a qualitative research approach. The study presents important implications useful in the development of conceptual research models for measurement of effective usage of ERP systems.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessERPEvaluationIndicatorMetricPost-implementationUsageIdentifying the usage of ERP systems: A metrics framework for post-implementationConference Object8959100
