2012-2021 dönemi Türk sigorta sektörü şirket çalışanlarının yapısı üzerine bir çalışma

Abstract

Sigorta sektörü Türkiye'de gelişmekte olan ve her geçen gün önemi belirginleşen sektör konumuna gelmektedir. Sigorta sektöründe istihdam çalışmalarına, istihdam örgütlenmelerine, misyon ve vizyonlarına baktığımızda yenilikçi, gelişmiş bir sektör olarak ele alabiliriz. 2012-2021yılları arasında Türk Sigorta sektöründeki istihdam yapısı üzerine bir çalışma yapıldı. Bu çalışma içerisinde sigorta sektöründe istihdam edilen personellerin eğitim düzeyleri mezuniyet durumları, bölümleri, cinsiyet dağılımları ve yaş skalaları dikkate alınarak gerçekleştirildi. Sigorta sektöründe öncü sigorta şirketleri belirlenerek istihdam yapısı üzerine yapılan çalışmalara değinildi. 2012-2021 yılları arasında sigorta sektörü şirket çalışanlarının eğitim düzeylerindeki ve insan kaynakları hedefleri her geçen yıl iyileşmekte ve öngörülebilmektedir. Yini aynı dönem aralığında kadın çalışanların sektörde genellikle daha fazla istihdam edildiği ve istihdam edilen personellerin eğitim seviyelerin her yıl artış gösterdiği gözlemlenmiştir. Genellikle sektörde orta yaş sklasına ait istihdam oranı fazladır. Dijitalleşen pazar alanları ve sektörle birlikte personelin yükünü azaltacak İnsan Kaynakları programları kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. Analitik düşünce gücünün önem arz ettiği sigorta sektörüne İşletme ve Mühendislik bölüm mezunları için daha fazla istihdam olanağı sağladığı yıl bazlı olarak görülmektedir.

The insurance sector is becoming a developing sector in Turkey and its importance is becoming more evident every day. When we look at the employment studies, employment organizations, mission and visions in the insurance sector, we can consider it as an innovative and developed sector. A study was conducted on the employment structure in the Turkish insurance sector between the years 2012-2021. In this study, the education level of the personnel employed in the insurance sector, their graduation status, departments, gender distribution and age scales were taken into account. By identifying the leading insurance companies in the insurance sector, the studies on the employment structure were mentioned. Between the years 2012-2021, the education levels and human resources targets of the insurance sector company employees are improving and predictable every year. In the same period, it was observed that female employees are generally more employed in the sector and the education levels of the employed personnel increase every year. Generally, the employment rate of middle-aged people in the sector is high. Human Resources programs have started to be used to reduce the burden of personnel with the digitalized market areas and the sector. It is seen that the insurance sector, where analytical thinking power is important, provides more employment opportunities for Business and Engineering graduates on a yearly basis.
