Abstract
Sağlık Hizmetlerinin sunumunda kullanılmakta olan teknoloji ve iş gücü maliyetinin yüksek olması bu hizmetlerin belirli bir maliyette ve kalitede karşılanmasını gerekli kılmaktadır. Bu durum sağlık hizmetlerinde verimliliğin önemini arttırmaktadır. Sağlık Hizmetlerinde verimlilik seviyesini tespit eden faktörlerin en önemlilerini; iş gücü verimliliği, teknoloji verimliliği ve malzeme verimliliği olarak belirtmek mümkündür. İşten ayrılma; iş görenlerin tatmin olmadıkları durumda sergilemiş oldukları yıkıcı eylemdir. Sağlık alanının en önemli iş gücü kaynağını hemşireler oluşturmaktadır. Bu nedenle hemşirelerin verimliliğe ilişkin tutumlarının işten ayrılma niyeti üzerine etkisinin belirlenmesi amacıyla tanımlayıcı bir araştırma planlanmış ve uygulanmıştır. Araştırma 2015 yılında Kocaeli ili Gebze ilçesinde faaliyet gösteren özel bir hastanede yapılmıştır. Araştırmada Tanıtıcı Bilgiler Formu, Verimliliğe İlişkin Tutum Ölçeği, İşten Ayrılma Niyeti Ölçeği kullanılıp SPSS for Windows 21.0 programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre; Verimliliğe ilişkin tutum toplam puanı ile işten ayrılma niyeti arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ilişki olduğu bulunmuştur. Verimliliğin alt boyutlarından ise; mesleğe bağlılık boyutu anlamlı bulunmayıp; çalışma koşulları, işin talebi, lider üye ilişkisi ve ödüllendirme boyutlarının işten ayrılma niyeti üzerinde etkili olduğu gözlemlenmiştir.
Due to high technology and labor costs used in the provision of health care services, they are required to be met at a specific cost and quality. This increases the importance of efficiency in health care. The most important factors that determine the level of efficiency in health services could be specified as labor, technology and material productivity. Leaving the job is a destructive behaviour demonstrated by employees in case of unsatisfaction. Nurses constitute the most important labor source for the health field. Therefore, this descriptive study is designed and implemented in order to determine the effect of nurses' attitude toward productivity on the intention to leave their job. Research was conducted in 2015 in a private hospital operating in Gebze district of Kocaeli province. In this study; Introductory Information Form, Attitude Scale Related to Productivity and Intention Scale to Leave the Job are used and analyzed by using SPSS for Windows 21.0 program. According to the findings obtained, statistically significant correlation was found between the total score of attitude toward productivity and the intention to leave the job. When it comes to to the lower extents of productivity, commitment to the job was not found meaningful; whereas working conditions, demand for work, leader-member relations and rewarding system were found to have impacts on the intention to leave the job.
