Ahilik (İşsizlik) sigortasının küçük ve orta büyüklükteki işletmelerde (KOBİ) mali ve sosyal boyutunun incelenmesi üzerine bir araştırma

Abstract

Sosyal güvenlik bir dizi devlet önlemi ve bireylerin ve toplumun temel yapısını oluşturan ailelerin; iş kazası, meslek hastalığı, hastalık, analık, ölüm, işsizlik ve aile kurma yolunda oluşabilecek sosyal ile ekonomik problemlere karşı bireylerin kendilerini korumasıdır. Ülkemizde yürürlükte olan 4A sigortalıları için, İşsizlik sigortasına benzer bir yapının, işletmesini kapatmak durumunda kalan esnaf işletmeleri için işsiz kaldıkları dönemler için sosyal güvence oluşturulmasına yönelik yeni bir sigorta sistemi getirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. İşsizlik sigortasının etkinliğinden, esnaflarında aynı kapsamda yararlanabilmeleri amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada esnafın bu sigortaya bakışı ve ihtiyaç durumu değerlendirilmiştir

Social security is a set of state measures and individuals and families forming the basic structure of society; It is the protection of individuals against social and economic problems that may occur in the way of work accident, occupational disease, illness, maternity, death, unemployment and family formation. It is aimed to introduce a new insurance system for the 4A insured in our country, with a structure similar to the unemployment insurance, to create social security for the tradesmen businesses that have to close their businesses for the periods when they are unemployed. It is aimed to enable tradesmen to benefit from the effectiveness of unemployment insurance within the same scope. In the study, the view of the tradesmen and their need for this insurance were evaluated.
