In this work, the radiation of a hybrid TEM mode from a coaxial waveguide with an infinitely thin semi infinite outer cylinder made of perfect electric conductor and an infinite inner cylinder lying along axial direction which has piecewise surface impedance has been analyzed through the Wiener-Hopf technique in conjunction with the mode matching method.en_US
