Abstract
Bu çalışmada, bir araştırma çalışması veri ve metin madenciliği yöntemleri kullanılarak www.askapatient.com web sitesinde üzerinde Erythromycin ilaci ile ilgili hasta yorumları ile yapılmıştır. İlgili yorumlar metin ayrıştırma ve hastaların cinsiyet, yaş, günlük alınan dozaj bilgileri ve kullanım süresi gibi nitelikler bazı yöntemlerle analiz edilmiş ve bu ilacın yan etkileri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda, hasta yorumlarının yan etkileri metin ayrıştırma yöntemleri ile ayrılmış ve bunların frekansları hesaplanmıştır. Mide ağrısı, baş dönmesi, kusma ve ishal gibi sık görülen yan etkiler tespit edilmiştir. Cinsiyet, yaş , günlük doz miktarı, kullanım süresi gibi nitelikler analiz ettikten sonra, birliktelik kuralları (Apriori) algoritması kullanılmış ve nitelikler arasında gizli ilişkiler araştırılmıştır Bu çalışmanın sonuçları tıbbi uzmanlar , araştırmacılar ve ilaç şirketleri için önemli katkılar sağlayacaktır.
In this study, a research study has been performed by using the patient comments about Erythromycin on the website www.askapatient.com by utilizing data and text mining methods. The related comments have been analysed by some methods including text parsing and patients' gender and age, daily dosage information and duration of use have been systematized and the side effects of this drug on patients have been endeavoured to be determined. As a result of the study, the side effects of the patient comments have been separated by text parsing methods and the frequencies of them have been calculated and the frequently seen side effects such as stomach ache, vertigo, vomiting and diearrhea have been determined. After analysing the fields such as gender, age, daily dosage, duration of use, the association rules (Apriori) algorithm has been used and hidden relationships among these attributes have been investigated The results of this study will provide significant contributions to medical experts, researchers and pharmaceutical companies
