Pediatride adli vakalarda hemşireliğin rolu

Abstract

Adli tıp, konusu itibariyle hukuk ile tıbbın beraber incelenerek sonuca bağladığı, doğası itibariyle çok disiplinli bir bilim dalıdır. Bu alanda yer alan bilimler 'Adli Bilimler' adı altında toplanmıştır. Bu bilim içinde önemli bir yeri olan Adli Hemşirelik ise tıbbi araştırma ve programlarla desteklenerek hemşirelik biriminin yasal çerçevede uygulanmasıdır. Çalışmamız içerisinde ''Pediatride adli vakalarda hemşireliğin rolü'' incelenmektedir. Bu inceleme yapılırken, TCK maddelerine yer verilmekte ve analiz edilmektedir. Adli hemşireliğin geçmişten günümüze üstlendiği roller irdelenmekte ve hukuki sürece değinilmektedir. Çalışmada, adli hemşireliğin pediatri alanındaki hastaların adli vaka, sayı, yaş ve tanıları gelişme dönemlerine göre incelenmiştir. Söz konusu inceleme Bursa Dörtçelik Kadın Doğum ve Çocuk Hastanesi'nde yapılmıştır. Çalışmada 2012 ve 2013 yıllarına ait adli vaka tutanakları esas alınmıştır. Bu vakalarda tanı yaş grupları ile gelişme dönemleri arasındaki ilişki araştırılmıştır. Farklı tanı gruplarında yaş ile gelişim dönemleri arasındaki ilişkilerin incelenmesi sonucunda, ilaç intox tanısı en yüksek oranda gözlenmiştir.
