dc.description.abstract İş bu tez çalışmasının özeti; Ülkemizde uygulanan emlak vergisinin belirlenmesine yönelik olarak hazırlanmış, 1319 sayılı Emlak Vergisi Yasası, Emlak vergisi tüzüğü ve 213 sayılı Vergi Usul Kanununun incelenmesi, Dünyada yer alan bazı ülkelerin emlak vergisine esas düzenlemeleri ile Türkiye'de mevcut durumda gayrimenkul değerleme çalışmalarının uygulamasına ilişkin düzenlemeler incelenmiştir.
dc.description.abstract Here is the summary of this thesis; Examining the Real Estate Tax Law No. 1319, the Real Estate Tax Regulation and the Tax Procedure Law No. 213, which were prepared for the determination of the real estate tax applied in our country, the regulations on the basis of real estate tax in some countries in the world and the regulations regarding the implementation of real estate valuation studies in the current situation in Turkey were examined. en
