Ekmek üretim işletmesinde standart maliyet sistemi uygulaması

Abstract

Gıda sektöründe birincil tüketim ürünü olan ekmeğin, üretim girdilerinin belli standartlar ile üretime yönlendirilmesi durumunda oluşan maliyetlerin örneklem ürün ile çalışılarak hesaplanmasının yapılmasıdır. Üretimi yapılan ekmeğin üretim aşamaları, malzeme giderleri, işçilik giderleri ve diğer giderler maliyet muhasebesi standart maliyet yöntemi uygulanır. Oluşan maliyetlerin hesaplanması ve bir örnek ürünün işletmeye toplam mamul maliyetinin hesaplanması yapılmıştır. Böylece yapılacak bir ekmek üretiminde ihtiyaç duyulan girdiler ve bunun sonucunda ortaya çıkacak birim maliyetin ne olacağının tespiti yapılmıştır.
