They grow in theconsumer society and their inner worldsconsiderably differ from the members of othergenerations. Many members of this generation willgraduate and start working in a few years. They haveexpectations and ways of learning that are differentfrom the other generations and they will transformthe companies and change the dynamics of theworking life because they have a very goodcommand of digital processes.
