In this paper, individual innovation competencies scale as a product of European Union Erasmus Project FINCODA applied in Turkish context to promote the individual level competency of innovation with five dimensions measurement consistency and validity. The study was conducted in the light of the data obtained from two different sample groups (n =145, n = 346).The results of confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the original five factor structure of FINCODA. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient was ,93 for the first sample and ,92 for the second sample.
