Abstract
Bu araştırmada amaç, lise dönemindeki öğrencilerin beslenme alışkanlıklarına dikkat çekmek ve bu alışkanlıkları demografik özelliklerle karşılaştırmaktır. Çalışmada nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmış olup, veri toplama yönteminde ise anket yöntemi uygulanmıştır. Anket uygulaması 2018-2019 bahar eğitim öğretim döneminde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veri toplama yönteminde, belirlenen üç liseden 400 öğrenci ile yapılan anket uygulaması öğrencilerle bir araya gelerek gerçekleştirilmiştir. Öğrencilerin beyan ettiği bilgiler bilgisayar ortamına aktarılıp SPSS 22.0 programı ile bulguların tespiti sağlanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerle öğrencilerin sabah, öğle ve akşam öğünleri ile beden kitle indeksi, annenin eğitim durumu, babanın eğitim durumu ve ailenin geliri karşılaştırılmıştır. Ayrıca adölesan dönemindeki öğrencilerin aile üyeleri ile yemek yeme sıklığı, günde tükettikleri öğün sayısı, öğünleri ayırdığı zaman aralığı vb. soruların yüzdelik oranlar elde edilmiştir. Bu çalışma ile adölesan dönemindeki öğrencilerin öğünlerinde tükettikleri besin türleri, besin alışkanlıkları ve demografik özelliklerin etkileşimi ele alınmıştır. The aim of this study is to draw attention to nutrition habits of high school students and to compare these habits with demographic characteristics. Quantitative research method was used in the study and questionnaire method was applied in data collection method. The survey was conducted in the spring semester of 2018-2019. In the data collection method, a questionnaire was conducted using 400 students from three high schools. The information declared by the students was transferred to computer and the findings were determined with SPSS 22.0 program. The data obtained were compared with the students' morning, noon and evening meals, body mass index, educational status of the mother and father and income of the family. In addition, the percentage of questions such as the frequency of meals with the family members of the adolescent students, the number of meals they consume per day, and the time interval between meals were obtained. In this study, the interaction of nutrient types consumed by adolescent students in their meals, their nutritional habits and demographic characteristics.
