Sağlık Hizmetlerinde İnovasyon: Sağlık Personelinin Dijital Sağlık Uygulamalarına Yönelik Tutumlarının İncelenmesi
Abstract
Çalışmanın amacı sağlık hizmeti sunan sağlık personelinin gelişen dijital e-sağlık uygulamalarına yönelik tutumlarını incelemektedir. Sağlık personeline kullandıkları uygulamaları, kullanma sıklıklarını, uygulamaları kullanırken yaşadıkları problemleri görüşmek için anket soruları hazırlanmıştır. Bu anket sorularında aynı zamanda dijital e-sağlık uygulamalarının bilinirliği, avantaj ve dezavantajları da sağlık personeline sorulmuştur. Bu ölçekler sonucunda sağlık personelini dijital e-sağlık uygulamalarına karşı tutumları saptanmak istenmiştir. Sağlık personeli ile yapılan görüşmeler sonucunda çalışanların genel olarak dijital e-sağlık uygulamalarından memnun oldukları, uygulamaların çalışma hayatlarını olumlu yönde etkilediği görülmüştür. E-sağlık uygulamaları hastaların geçmiş verilerine ulaşma konusunda, zamandan tasarruf sağlaması konusunda avantajlar sağlarken, veri güvenliği konusunda tereddütler olması çalışanlar arasında dezavantaj olarak görülmektedir. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olan genel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemi Sağlık Bakanlığına bağlı hastane çalışanları ile yapılan görüşmede çalışanlar genellikle alt yapı yetersizliklerinden ve internet ağ yavaşlığından kaynaklı problemler yaşadıklarını belirtmişlerdir. Çalışma neticesinde sağlık personelinin e-uygulamaların kullanımında gerekli eğitimlerin verilmesi gerektiği, uygulamaların genç nesiller tarafından daha iyi anlaşıldığı ve kullanımının daha yaygın olduğu görülmüştür. Çalışanların sürece dâhil edilmeleri sürecin iyileşmesi ve uygulamaların yaygınlaştırılmasına katkı sağlayacağı kanaati oluşmuştur.
The aim of the study is to examine the attitudes of healthcare personnel providing healthcare services towards developing digital e-health applications. Scales were prepared to discuss the applications they use, the frequency of their use, and the problems they experience while using the applications. In these scales, healthcare personnel were also asked about the awareness, advantages, and disadvantages of digital e-health applications. As a result of these scales, it was aimed to determine the attitudes of healthcare personnel towards digital e-health applications. As a result of the interviews conducted with health personnel, it was observed that employees were generally satisfied with digital e-health applications and that the applications positively affected their working lives. While e-health applications provide advantages in terms of accessing patients' historical data and saving time, hesitations about data security are seen as a disadvantage among employees. The general screening model, which is one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the research. In the interviews conducted with hospital employees affiliated with the Ministry of Health, which were the sample of the research, employees stated that they generally experienced problems due to inadequate infrastructure and slow internet networks. As a result of the study, it was observed that healthcare personnel should be given the necessary training in the use of e-applications, that the applications were better understood by the younger generations and that their use was more widespread. It was concluded that the inclusion of employees in the process would contribute to the improvement of the process and the dissemination of the applications.
