Abstract
İnsanoğlunun var olduğu andan itibaren göç olayı var olan bir durum haline gelmiştir. İnsanoğlu, yaşamakta olduğu bölgelerden bazı etkilerden kaynaklı olarak yaşadığı yerleri terk etmek ve hayatına devam edebilmek için farklı topraklara gitmek zorunda kalmıştır. Cumhuriyetin kuruluşundan bu yana Türkiye, göç olgusu ile karşı karşıya kalmaktadır. Sığınmacı katılımcı öğrenciler, göç süreci ve sonuçlarından oldukça farklı şekillerde etkilenmektedir. Göç eden ailelerin istihdam, eğitim, sağlık, barınma, sosyalleşme ve güvenlik gibi sorunları dolaysız katılımcı öğrencilere yansımaktadır. Göç edilen ülkede karşılaşılan sorunlar ve koşullar katılımcı öğrenciler için de zor olmaktadır ve bu durum katılımcı öğrencileri göç ettiği ülkede dezavantajlı hale getirmektedir. Sığınmacı ailelerin düşük eğitim düzeyi, yoksulluk, sosyal güvenlikten yoksunluk, kültürel farklılık gibi değişkenler, sığınmacı katılımcı öğrencilerin uyumunu zorlaştırmaktadır. Bununla birlikte ev sahibi ülke de sığınmacıların niteliğinden hem sosyal hem de ekonomik açıdan etkilenme görmektedir. Farklı türleri ve sebepleri olan göçün, insanların hayatlarında yarattığı en önemli problemlerden birisi göçe maruz kalan katılımcı öğrencilerin eğitim sorunları olmaktadır. Bu bağlamda çalışma kapsamında, Türkiye'ye sığınmacı olarak gelmiş 22 katılımcı öğrenci üzerine gerçekleştirmeyi ve bu eğitim sorunlarının kaynakları ile tezahürlerini ortaya koymaya çalışmayı hedeflemektedir. Araştırma sonucunda, sığınmacı katılımcı öğrencilerin eğitim sorunlarına sebep olan üç önemli faktör belirlenmiş ve bu faktör uyum sorunu, dil sorunu ve ekonomik sorunlar olarak etkisini göstermiştir. Bu çerçevede meydana gelen problemlerin giderilmesi, özellikle de eğitim alanında, gerekli önemin verilmesini ve dil ile uyum sorunlarının giderilmesine yönelik çalışmalara dair yasal zorunlulukların geliştirilmesini gerekli kılmaktadır. From the moment that human beings exist, immigration has become an existing situation. Mankind has had to go to different lands in order to leave their places of residence and continue their lives because of some effects from the regions where they live. Since the foundation of the Republic, Turkey has faced immigration. Asylum-seekers are affected by participant students, immigration process and outcomes quite differently. Problems such as employment, education, health, housing, socialization and security of migrant families are reflected directly to the participating students. The problems and conditions encountered in the migrated country are also difficult for the participating students and this makes the participating students at a disadvantage in the country they are migrating. Variables such as low education levels of asylum-seeking families, poverty, deprivation of social security, and cultural diversity make it difficult for asylum-seeking students to adapt. The host country, however, is also affected by the quality of asylum seekers, both socially and economically. One of the most important problems that people create in their lives is immigration, which has different types and causes, is the educational problems of the participant students who are exposed to the nomad. In this context, the aim of the study is to carry out 22 students who came to Turkey as asylum seekers and try to reveal their sources and manifestations of these educational problems. As a result of the research, three important factors which cause education problems of asylum-seeking students were identified and this factor was influenced by the adaptation problem, language problem and economic problems. The elimination of the problems in this framework necessitates the development of legal obligations in the field of education, especially in the field of education, to give the necessary adjectives and to work on the problems of compliance with language.
