Sağlık sektörünün Erzurum ekonomisine katkıları

Abstract

Sağlık Sektörü, sağlığa dolaylı, doğrudan veya asıl etkileri olan mal ve hizmet nitelikli her türlü ürünü üretmek / arz etmek ve talep etmek / tüketmek üzere çok farklı üretim alanlarında kurulmuş sistem ve alt sistemler ile bunların içerdiği kişi, kurum, kuruluş, statü, ürün ve benzerlerinin tümünü belirtmek için kullanılan, genel ve kapsayıcı bir kavramdır. Sağlık sektörünün ekonomistler tarafından ilgi görüp sistematik bir şekilde incelenmesine başlanması genellikle 1960 yılı kabul edilmektedir. Ancak sağlık ve sağlığın korunmasına verilen önem insanoğlunun varoluşundan beri süregelmektedir. Toplumların içerisinde bulundukları ekonomik ve sosyal şartlara göre, yaşlı kimseler, büyücüler, din adamları ve doktorlar tarafında sağlığın korunmasına veya iyileştirilmesine çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışmada ilk önce sağlık sektörünün yapısı, sağlık ve ekonomi ilişkisi anlatılacaktır. Daha sonra Erzurum ilinin genel yapısı, Erzurum ilinde hastaneler, Erzurum ilindeki sağlık kuruluşlarının karşılaştırılması, ildeki kamu ve özel sağlık kuruluşlarının gelişimi, Erzurum ilinin doğu Anadolu bölgesinin sağlık merkezi olma durumu anlatılacaktır. Health Sector , health, indirect, direct or actual impact of goods and services of qualified products of all kinds to produce / to supply and demand / consume the very different production areas established systems and sub- systems with which they involve people , organizations, institutions , status, product and used to indicate like all general and inclusive concept. Obvious interest of the health sector by economists to be examined in a systematic way to begin is usually accepted in 1960 . However, the importance given to the protection of health and health care has been going on since the existence of mankind . They are in societies based on social and economic conditions , older people , magicians , priests and doctors at improving the protection of health or studied. In this study, first, the structure of the health care industry , health and economic relations will be discussed. Then Erzurum general structure of Erzurum hospitals in Erzurum health institutions in comparison , in the province of public and private health institutions development of Erzu Erzuum eastern Anatolia region health center, state of being will be discussed.
