Abstract
Araştırmanın genel amacı, resmi mesleki teknik ortaöğretim okullarında görev yapmakta olan öğretmen ve müdür yardımcılarının okul yöneticilerine ilişkin 'değişimi yönetme yeterlilik' algılarının incelenmesidir. Araştırma, betimsel tarama türünde bir araştırmadır. Araştırmada kullanılan bağımsız değişkenler, 'öğretmenin görev türü', 'öğretmenin cinsiyeti', 'öğretmenin eğitim düzeyi', 'öğretmenin yaşı', 'öğretmenin okuldaki çalışma süresi', 'öğretmenin okuldaki teknolojik imkanları, fiziki şartlar, AB projeleri yapılması, sık toplantı yapılması ve kendini tükenmiş hissetme, algısı' dır. Bağımlı değişken ise öğretmenlerin okul yönetimine ilişkin algıladıkları 'değişimi yönetme yeterliliği' dir. Araştırmanın evreni İzmir ili Konak ilçesinde devlete bağlı mesleki teknik ortaöğretim kurumlarında görev yapan kültür ve meslek dersleri öğretmenleridir. Konak ilçesinde toplam 12 devlete bağlı meslek lisesinde görev yapan 1059 kültür ve meslek dersi öğretmen ve müdür yardımcısı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Eksik kalma, boş doldurma vb. olasılıklara karşı evrenin tümüne ulaşılmaya çalışılmış ve 12 okuldan toplam 405 öğretmen ve müdür yardımcısına uygulama yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre; araştırma örneklemindeki müdür yardımcılarının değişimi yönetme algıları öğretmenlerinkinden daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Öğretmen ve müdür yardımcılarının cinsiyetlerine ve eğitim durumlarına göre okul yöneticilerinin değişimi yönetme algılarında anlamlı fark çıkmamıştır. Ankete katılan yaşları 45-49 arasında olan öğretmen ve müdür yardımcılarının, okullarındaki yöneticilerine ilişkin değişikliği uygulamada ki yeterliliğe ilişkin algılarının daha fazla olduğu bulunmuştur. Öğretmen ve müdür yardımcılarının, okullardaki çalışma süresine göre yöneticilerin değişimi yönetme yeterlilik algıları, daha uzun süre aynı okulda çalışanlarda olumsuz bulunmuştur. Öğretmen ve müdür yardımcılarının, okullardaki teknolojik imkanlar, fiziki yapı, AB projesi yapılması ve okulda sık toplantı yapılması çalışanlarda yöneticilerin değişimi yönetme algılarını olumlu yönde etkilemektedir. Tükenmişlik hissi duyan öğretmen ve müdür yardımcıları, okul yöneticileri hakkındaki değişimi yönetme algıları olumsuz bulunmuştur. The general aim of this research is to examine the perception related to the school administrators of teachers and assistant directors working at vocational technical educational common secondary schools. This research is in a descriptive scanning research. There have been used independent variables as ?function type of the teacher?, ?sex of the teacher?, ?educational level of the teacher?, ?age of the teacher?, ?working hours of the teacher at school?, ?technological facilities, physical terms, setting EU projects, assembling oftenly and the perception of feeling fatigue of the teachers at school?. The dependent variable as for is ?satisfactoriness administration of alteration? of the teachers towards the school administration. The sample of this research are the culture and vocation lesson teachers working at common vocational technical secondary institutes at District Konak of Province Izmir. It has been determined that in district of Konak there are 12 common vocational highschools where in total 1059 culture and vocation lesson teachers and assistant directors are working at. Although it had been tried to reach to the whole sample because of lack of, compensation and other reasons it was possible to reach and apply these to only 405 teachers and assistant directors of these 12 schools. In accordance with some of indications of our research, the assistant directors?s alteration administration perception at the research sample has been found higher than the teachers?. According to the sex and education level of the teachers and assistant directors, there hasn?t been detected any difference at the perception of satisfactoriness administration of alteration of their school administration at all. It has been found that teachers and assistant directors of age of 45-49 had shown more satisfactoriness administration of alteration perception of their own school administrations. The perception of satisfactoriness administration of alteration of teachers and assistant directors who have been working for longer terms for the school administration?s satisfaction hadn?t been detected as positive as the ones who have been working for shorter periods. Possession of technological facilities, physical terms, setting EU projects and assembling oftenly at school, infuences the teachers? and assistant directors? perception of satisfactoriness administration of alteration in a more positive way. The perception of satisfactoriness administration of alteration of teachers and assistant directors who have the feeling of fatigue at school showed more negative perception towards their school administration.
