Edirne İli Merkez İlçesi Mithatpaşa Mahallesi Ercüment Tekin Evi Restorasyon Önerisi

Abstract

Bu çalışma Edirne ili Merkez ilçesi Mithatpaşa Mahallesi sınırlarında yer alan geleneksel konut örneklerinden olan 3238 ada 12 parseldeki geleneksel konut konu alınmıştır. Çalışmanın temel hedefi günümüze kadar ulaşmış olan bu yapının mevcut durumunun belge altına alınıp, restitüsyon çalışması ile özgün halinin tespit edilip, koruma kuralları ışığında restorasyon önerisi ile gelecek nesillere aktarılmasını sağlamaktır. Çalışma kapsamında; Merkez İlçesi, yapının yakın çevresinde bulunan yapılar ve günümüzdeki hali incelenmiş olup, karşılaştırmalı çalışma ile analizleri yapılmış ve tarihi araştırmalar ile yapının özgün durumu araştırılmıştır. Yapılan araştırmalar sonucu elde edilen veriler değerlendirilip, yapıya yeni işlev kazandırılarak tekrar özgün işlevi ile kullanılmasının sağlamasının amaçlandığı bir restorasyon projesi önerilmektedir.

This study is based on the building on block 3238, parcel 12, which is one of the traditional housing examples located in the borders of Mithatpasa neighborhood of Merkez district of Edirne city. The main objective of the study is to document the current situation of this building, which has survived to the present day, to determine its original state with a restitution study and to ensure that it is transferred to future generations with a restoration proposal in the light of conservation rules. Within the scope of the study; Merkez district, the buildings in the immediate vicinity of the building and its current state have been examined, analyzed by comparative study and the original condition of the building has been investigated by historical researches. The data obtained as a result of the researches are evaluated and a restoration project is proposed in which it is aimed to ensure that the building is reused by giving it a new function.
