Abstract
Bu araştırma, kolorektal cerrahi ameliyatı uygulanan hastaların kaygılarının ve sağlıklı yaşam biçimi davranışlarının incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Tanımlayıcı nitelikteki araştırmanın evrenini İstanbul ilinde Avrupa yakasında bir tıp fakültesi hastanesinde gastrointestinal cerrahi servisinde en az bir yıl önce kolorektal cerrahi geçiren hastalar, örneklemini ise 18 yaşından, okuma yazma bilen, Türkçe konuşabilen, arştırmaya katılamaya engel psikiyatrik hastalığı bulunmayan, gastrointestinal cerrahi servisinde en az 24 saat yatışı yapılmış ve katılmaya gönüllü olan 126 hasta oluşturmuştur. Araştırma verileri, Hasta Tanıtım Formu, Kanseri Yenen Bireylerin Kaygılarını Değerlendirme Ölçeği ve Sağlıklı Yaşam Biçimi Davranışları Ölçeği II ile 15.03.2021-15.07.2021 tarihleri arasında toplanmıştır. Araştırma verileri değerlendirilirken tanımlayıcı istatistiksel metotlar (sayı, yüzde, ortalama, ortanca, standart sapma vb.), bağımsız gruplarda t testi, Tek Yönlü ANOVA(Varyans) Analizi, Tukey testi, Ki-Kare testleri, Pearson korelasyon testi ve Çoklu Linear Regresyon analizlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Sonuçlar %95'lik güven aralığında, İstatistiksel analiz p<0,05 düzeyinde değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmaya katılan hastaların yaş ortalamasının 63,73±10,09 yıl, tanı zamanın ortalama 4,96±3,8 yıl, %46,8'inin 61-70 yaş grubunda, %56,3'ünün erkek, %65,9'unun gelirinin giderlerine eşit olduğu %88,1'inin evli, %57,1'inin ilköğretim mezunu, %43,6'sının patolojik evrelemesi hakkında bilgisinin olmadığı, %32,6'sına hemikolektomi ameliyatı yapıldığı, %60,3'üne kemoterapi uygulandığı, %22,2'sinin takip süresinde hastalığa bağlı sistemik nüks olduğu bulunmuştur.
This study was conducted to examine the anxiety and healthy lifestyle behaviors of patients who underwent colorectal surgery. The population of the descriptive study consisted of patients who had undergone colorectal surgery at least one year ago in the gastrointestinal surgery ward of a medical faculty hospital on the European side of Istanbul, and the sample consisted of at least 24 patients aged 18 years, literate, speaking Turkish, no psychiatric disease that prevented them from participating in the study, and at least 24 patients in the gastrointestinal surgery ward. hours hospitalized and 126 patients volunteered to participate. Research data were collected between 15.03.2021 and 15.07.2021 with the Patient Information Form, the Scale for Evaluating the Anxiety of Individuals Who Have Been Cancer, and the Healthy Lifestyle Behaviors Scale II. While evaluating the research data, descriptive statistical methods (number, percentage, mean, median, standard deviation, etc.), Independent Sample t-Test, One-Way ANOVA (Variance) Analysis, Tukey test, Chi-Square tests, Pearson correlation test and Multiple Linear Regression analyzes were used. The results were evaluated at the 95% confidence interval and the significance level was p<0.05. The mean age of the patients participating in the study was 63.73±10.09 years, the mean time of diagnosis was 4.96±3.8 years, 46.8% were in the 61-70 age group, 56.3% were male, 65.9% 88.1% of them were married, 57.1% were primary school graduates, 43.6% had no knowledge about the pathological staging, 32.6% had hemicolectomy surgery, 60.3%' It was found that 22.2 % of them had systemic recurrence due to the disease during the follow-up period. It was determined that the patients got 10.31±4.95 points from the Cancer Survivor Anxiety Assessment Scale and 133.54±16.75 points from the Healthy Lifestyle Behaviors Scale, and there was no statistically significant difference between the two scales (p>0.05). As a result of this study, it was found that the anxiety and healthy life behaviors of the patients were moderate, and the anxiety did not affect the healthy life behaviors. It is recommended to repeat the study with a larger sample.
