Abstract
Hayatın her alanında büyük değişimler yaşadığımız bu çağda, eğitim örgütlerinin yönetiminde ve denetiminde farklılaşma da kaçınılmaz olmuştur. Klasik yönetim ve denetim anlayışları artık hammaddesi insan olan örgütlere yeterli gelmemekte, denetleme sözcüğü bile insanları olumsuz düşüncelere iten tahakküm, teftiş gibi eski terimleri hatırlatmaktadır. Zaman ilerledikçe insana verilen değer arttığından denetim türlerinde de çağdaş anlayışlardan biri olan ve kişinin öz gelişimini fazlasıyla ön planda tutan farklılaştırılmış denetimin uygulanabilirliği önem kazanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, farklılaştırılmış denetim kavramını ulusal ve uluslararası literatürde çalışıldığı biçimde ortaya koyarak bilgileri derlemek suretiyle alana katkı getirmektir. Çalışmada yöntem olarak literatür derleme kullanılmıştır. Yapılan doküman analizlerinde ulaşılan bulgular farklılaştırılmış denetimin diğer denetim türleri ile kıyaslandığında daha az kullanılan bir denetim türü olduğunu, bu konuya ait temel kaynakların Türkçe'ye kazandırılması gerektiğini, farklılaştırılmış denetimin Türk eğitim sistemine uyarlanması gerektiğini, ancak bu şekilde farklılaştırılmış denetimin uygulanabilirlik kazanabileceğini göstermektedir. In an era in which we experience massive changes, the differentiation of administration and supervision of educational organizations is also inevitable. Classical management and supervision is no longer sufficient for the organizations where raw material is human, even the word supervision reminds people of terms like inspection and control which give them negative thoughts. Since the appreciation of human has increased over time, differentiated supervision in education which is one of the contemporary perspectives and sets forth the self-development of the individual has gained importance. The aim of this study was to try to explain the concept of differentiated supervision and contributing to the field by putting forward the national and international literary knowledge. Literature review was used as the method of this study. The findings revealed that the differentiated supervision in education is rarely used when compared to other types of supervision, that the fundamental sources about this subject should be translated to Turkish, that differentiated supervision should be adapted to Turkish education system, only then the applicability of differentiated supervision can be accomplished.
