Abstract
Bu araştırmada, matematik öğretmenlerinin mesleki doyum düzeylerinin çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini 2012-2013 eğitim öğretim yılında Samsun İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğüne bağlı ortaokul ve liselerde görev yapan matematik öğretmenkeri oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem; evrendeki Samsun ili İlkadım ilçesinde bulunan farklı okullarda görev yapan tesadüfi örnekleme yoluyla seçkisiz ve oransız olarak belirlenen 246 matematik öğretmeninden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada, matematik öğretmenlerinin mesleki doyumlarının ölçülmesinde Kuzgun, Aydemir-Sevim ve Hamamcı(1999) tarafından geliştirilen 'Mesleki Doyum Ölçeği' kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca matematik öğretmenlerinin kişisel bilgilerini toplamak amcıyla araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen ' Kişisel Bilgi Formu' uygulanmıştır.
In this research, it is aimed to analyse the professional satisfaction level of maths teachers in terms of diffrent variables. The system of the research is formed by the maths teachers who worked in secondary and high school connected to Samsun Provincial Directorate of National Education, in 2012-2013 educational year. Sample; the sample group is formed by the randomly and disproportionately assigned 246 (two hundered and forty six) maths teachers who work at different schools in Ilkadım District of Samsun. In the research, 'The Professional Satisfaction Scale' –which was improved by Kuzgun, Aydemir-Sevim and Hamamcı(1999)-is used in the calculation of the math teachers' Professional satisfaction. Besides, 'personal information form', which was developed by the researcher to gather the personel data of maths teachers, is applied.
