Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı; cinsiyet, çalışılan kurum türü, mesleki kıdem ve eğitim durumu değişkenlerine göre ilkokul öğretmenlerinin görüşlerine bakılarak ilkokul müdürlerinin öğretim liderliği rollerini ne düzeyde yerine getirdiklerinin belirlenmesidir. Araştırma nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama modelinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma, 2018-2019 eğitim öğretim yılında İstanbul'da İli Eyüpsultan İlçesinde bulunan ilkokullarda görev yapan öğretmenleri kapsamaktadır. Bu araştırmanın evrenini toplam 188 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem seçilmemiştir. Evrenin tümüne ulaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri, Hallinger ve Murphy (1987) tarafından geliştirilen PIMRS ( Principal Instructional Management Scale) 'in Gümüşeli (1996) tarafından Türkçe'ye uyarlanması sonucu ortaya çıkan 'Öğretim Liderliği Anket Formu' aracılığıyla elde edilmiştir. Veri analizi için SPSS 22 (The Statistical Packet for Social Sciences-Sosyal Bilimler İçin İstatistik Paket Programı) programı kullanılmıştır.
The aim of this research is to determine which level primary school managers perform their roles of instructional leadership according to gender, type of school, vocational seniority and educational background by looking at primary school teachers in 2018-2019 educational years. The research was carried out in the screening model of quantitative research methods. 188 teachers constitute the universe of this research. Sample is not chosen. It is tried to be reached all universe. Research data are obtained by using PIMRS (Principal Instructional Management Scale) which was developed by Hallinger and Murphy (1987) and adapted to Turkish by Gümüşeli (2016). SPSS 22 (The Statistical Packet for Social Sciences) programmer is used for the data analysis. To analyze of obtained data arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test and one way variance methods are used. It is seen that by looking at primary school teachers' views educational primary school managers' level of performing their roles of instructional leadership is over avarage in the result of the research. However, while there was no significant difference in terms of gender and educational background variables, significant differences were found in some of the sub-dimensions of the type of school and vocational seniority variables studied. Key Words: Instructional Leadership, Primary School Managers
