Abstract
Bu araştırmada orta öğretim öğretmenlerinin algılanan örgütsel destek ile örgütsel vatandaşlık düzeyleri arasındaki ilişki incelenerek yorumlanmaya çaılışılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Siirt ilinde görev yapan orta öğretim öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemi ise 304 orta öğretim öğretmeninden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada orta öğretim öğretmenlerine bir bölüm ve iki ölçekten oluşan anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. Birinci bölümde Kişisel Bilgi Formu, birinci ölçek Algılanan Örgütsel Destek Ölçeğine ilişkin sorular ve ikinci ölçekde Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Ölçeğine ilişkin sorular bulunmaktadır. Buradaki ölçek sorularına orta öğretim öğretmenlerinin katılım derecelerini belirtmeleri istenilmektedir. Araştırmanın birinci bölümünde giriş, problem durumu, araştırmanın amacı, önemi, sınırlılıkları ve tanımlarına değinilmiş, araştırmanın ikinci bölümünde örgütsel destek ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı kavramı üzerinde durulmuş, üçüncü bölümde araştırmanın metodu, dördüncü bölümde bulgular, beşinci bölümde ise tartışma yapılarak, sonuç ve öneriler ortaya konulmuştur. Elde edilen bulgular sonucunda çalışmaya katılan orta öğretim öğretmenlerinin cinsiyet, eğitim durumu, branş, meslekte çalışma süresi, o okuldaki çalışma süresi bakımından algılanan örgütsel destek düzeyleri ile örgütsel vatandaşlık arasında anlamlı bir ilişkinin bulunduğu görülmektedir. Bununla beraber araştırmanın temel hipotezini oluşturan algılanan örgütsel destek ve örgütsel vatandaşlık ilişkisi pozitif yönlü ve orta düzeyli olarak belirlenmiş ve incelenmiştir. In this thesis; The relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship levels of secondary school teachers was evaluated and interpreted. Research; It covers the secondary education teachers of the National Education Directorate in Siirt. The universe of the study consists of secondary school teachers who are affiliated with the National Education Directorate of Siirt. The sample of the study consisted of 304 secondary school teachers. In this study, a random sampling technique based on volunteerism was applied. In our study, a questionnaire consisting of three sections was applied to the secondary school teachers. In the first part, there are questions about the Personal Information Form, the second part is about the Perceptual Organizational Support Scale, and the third part is about the Organizational Citizenship Scale. The questionnaire questions are asked to indicate the degree of participation of secondary school teachers. In the first part of the research, introduction, problem status, purpose, importance, limitations and definitions of research were mentioned. In the second part of the study, the concept of organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior, in the third part of the study, research of the method mentioned, the fourth part of the study research findings, and in the fifth part, discussions, results and recommendations were presented.As a result of the findings, it is seen that there is meaningful relationship between the level of organizational support and perceived organizational support level of the secondary education teachers who participated in the study in terms of gender, education level, duration of work in the profession, working time in that school. However, the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship, which constitutes the basic hypothesis of the research, has been determined and examined as positive and medium level.
