Özel sağlık kurumlarında çalışan sağlık personellerinde bilişsel esnekliğin psikolojik sağlamlık öz-yeterlik ve algılanan stres ile ilişkisi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada özel sağlık kurumlarında çalışan sağlık personellerinde bilişsel esnekliğin psikolojik sağlamlık, öz-yeterlik ve algılanan stres ile ilişkisi incelenmiştir.Araştırmanın örneklemini gönüllülük esasına göre internet üzerinden katılım göstermiş, 20-45 yaş aralığında İstanbul'da özel sağlık kurumlarında çalışan en az üniversite mezunu olan 391 sağlık personeli katılımcı olmuştur. Araştırma kapsamında verilerin toplanması amacı ile Sosyo-Demografik Form, Bilişsel Esneklik Envanteri (BEE), Kısa Psikolojik Sağlamlık Ölçeği (KPSÖ), Genel Öz-Yeterlik Ölçeği (GÖYÖ) ve Algılanan Stres Ölçeği (ASÖ) kullanılmştır. Sağlık personellerinin bilişsel esneklik düzeyleri ile psikolojik sağlamlık düzeyleri arasında pozitif yönlü ilişkiler bulunmuştur. Bilişsel esneklik envanteri alt boyutları olan kontrol ve alternatifler değişkenleri ile psikolojik sağlamlık değişkeni arasında pozitif yönlü anlamlı korelasyonlar bulunmuştur. Sağlık personellerinin bilişsel esneklik düzeyleri ile öz yeterlik düzeyleri arasında pozitif yönlü ilişkiler bulunmuştur. Bilişsel esneklik envanteri alt boyutları olan kontrol ve alternatifler değişkenleri ile genel öz yeterlik alt boyutu olan çaba ve direnç değişkeni arasında pozitif yönlü anlamlı korelasyonlar bulunmuş ayrıca kontrol ve alternatifler değişkenleri ile yetenek ve güven değişkeni arasında pozitif yönlü anlamlı korelasyonlar bulunmuştur. Sağlık personellerinin bilişsel esneklik düzeyleri ile algılanan stres düzeyleri arasında negatif yönlü ilişkiler vardır. Bilişsel esneklik envanteri alt boyutları olan kontrol ve alternatifler değişkenleri ile algılanan stres değişkeni arasında negatif yönlü anlamlı korelasyonlar bulunmuştur. Ayrıca farklı yaş, medeni durumu ve gelir düzeyine göre katılımcılar arasında bilişsel esneklik açısından anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmuştur.This study, the relationship between cognitive flexibility, psychological resilience, self-efficacy and perceived stress in healthcare personnel working in the private health institutions was examined. 391 health personnel, aged 20-45, who are at least university graduates working in private health institutions in Istanbul, participated in the sample of the research online on a voluntary basis. Sociodemographic Form, Cognitive Flexibility Inventory (CFI), Brief Psychological Resilience Scale (BPRS), General Self-Efficacy (GSE) Scale and Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) were used to collect data in the study. Positive faceted associations were found between levels of cognitive flexibility and psychological resilience of medical staff. There were found positive and significant correlations between the control and alternatives variables, which are the sub-dimensions of the cognitive flexibility inventory, and the psychological resilience variable. Positive faceted relations were found between the levels of cognitive flexibility of medical staff and their levels of self-efficacy. Positive correlations were found between the control and alternatives variables, and the effort and resistance variable, which is the overall self efficacy sub-dimension, and also found positively significant correlations between the control and alternatives variables and the ability and confidence variable. There are negative relations between the levels of cognitive flexibility of medical staff and perceived stress levels. Negative directional meaningful correlations were found between the variables of control and alternatives, which are sub-dimensions of cognitive flexibility inventory, and the perceived stress variable. Meaningful differences in cognitive flexibility were also found among participants based on different ages, marital statuses, and income levels.
