dc.description.abstractGeçmiş, ahlak ve din çeşitliliği nedeniyle inşaat sektöründe çalışanlar kendi aralarındaki iletişimde sorunlar yaşamaktadır. Bu durumda yöneticilerin bu tür sorunları önleme, önleme, daha büyük ve karmaşık hale gelmeden doğrudan çözmeye çalışma becerilerini göstermeleri ve kanıtlamaları gerekmektedir. Bu araştırma problemi üzerinde çalışmak için araştırmacı, niceliksel metodolojiyi kullanarak Kuzey Lübnan'daki inşaat sektöründe çalışan çalışanlara ve işçilere bir anket dağıtarak bilgi ve veri topladı.
dc.description.abstractIn this research, the researcher will be working on the problems caused by the diversity in the construction organizations in Lebanon especially in North Lebanon in the management field, and how these problems can affect the productivity of the employees in addition to their performance in the organization. The focal and the most important subject in this research paper is the diversity management and its impact on the productivity and performance of the employees working in the organization, and how it can affect the relationship between the colleagues working in the same organization and field. The increased number of nationalities, sex and religion is main problems faced by the construction organization in North Lebanon in addition to the other types of diversity known by us all. It is very important to give importance to the management of diversity especially in the Middle East, which is facing bad political and economic situations in our days because of the revolutions, and wars happened in the last 10 years in the area. This led to migration of people to Lebanon and other countries around. Because of the variety in the backgrounds, ethics and religions, the employees in the construction industry problems in the communication between themselves. In this case, the managers should show and prove their skills to prevent those kinds of problems, avoid it, and try to solve it directly before it become bigger and more complicated. To work on this research problem, the researcher collected information and data by distributing a questionnaire on the employees and workers working in the construction industry in North Lebanon using the quantitative methodology.en
