Abstract
Bu çalışmada okul öncesi öğretmenlerin iyi oluş hallerinin sınıf yönetimi becerilerine olan etkisini incelemek amaçlanmıştır. Bunun yanında okul öncesi öğretmenlerin iyi oluş halleri ve sınıf yönetimi becerilerinin demografik özelliklerine göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğinin incelenmesi de hedeflenmiştir. Çalışma ilişkisel tarama modelinde yürütülmüştür. Çalışmanın örneklemini İstanbul ilinin yaşam indeksine göre farklı kategorilerinde görev yapan ve basit rastgele örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen 400 okul öncesi öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin toplanması amacıyla, kişisel bilgi formu, Beş Boyutlu İyi Oluş (PERMA) Ölçeği ve Okul Öncesi Öğretmenlerinin Sınıf Yönetimi Becerileri Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizi istatistiksel paket analiz programı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada güvenilirlik analizi, normal dağılım analizi, tanımlayıcı istatistiksel analizler, korelasyon analizi, regresyon analizleri, t-testi ve ANOVA analizleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Regresyon analizlerinin sonucu olarak, okul öncesi öğretmenlerin iyi oluş hallerinin sınıf yönetimi becerileri üzerinde olumlu yönde ve anlamlı etkisinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Fark analizleri sonucunda ise öğretmenlerin iyi oluş hallerinin algılanan gelir düzeyine, eğitim durumuna, mesleki deneyime, sınıfların yaş gruplarına, partnerli çalışma durumuna, medeni duruma, çalışılan kurum türüne ve aylık gelir durumuna göre anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Öğretmenlerin sınıf yönetim becerilerinin ise sınıf yaş grubuna, partnerli çalışma durumuna, çalışılan kurum türüne ve aylık gelir durumlarına göre anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. In this study, it was aimed to examine the effect of preschool teachers' well-being on classroom management skills. In addition, it was also aimed to examine whether preschool teachers' well-being and classroom management skills differ according to their demographic characteristics. The study was conducted in relational screening model. The sample of the study consists of 400 preschool teachers who work in different categories according to the life index of the province of Istanbul and are selected by simple random sampling method. The data collection tool includes a personal information form, the Five-Dimensional Well-Being (PERMA) Scale and the Preschool Teachers' Classroom Management Skills Scale. Data analysis was performed with statistical analysis software. In the research, reliability analysis, normal distribution analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, t-test and ANOVA analyzes were performed. As a result of the regression analysis, it was determined that the well-being of the preschool teachers had a positive and significant effect on their classroom management skills. As a result of the difference analysis, it was determined that the well-being of the teachers differed significantly according to the perceived income level, education level, professional experience, age groups of the classes, working with partners, marital status, type of institution and monthly income. It was determined that the classroom management skills of the teachers differed significantly according to the age group of the class, the status of working with partners, the type of institution and their monthly income.
