İlkokul ve ortaokullardaki sosyal sermaye düzeyi ile öğretmenlerin iş doyumları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi

Abstract
Bu araştırma ile okullardaki sosyal sermaye düzeyinin ilkokul ve ortaokullarda görev yapan öğretmenlerin iş doyumuna etkisinin ortaya çıkarılması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma ilişkisel tarama modeline göre tasarlanmış ve uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın evreni İzmir iline bağlı üç ilçe merkezindeki (Bayraklı, Bornova, Karşıyaka, Çiğli) ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan 2684 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. İlkokul ve ortaokul kurumlarında görev yapan 490 öğretmene ölçekler dağıtılarak uygulama yapılmıştır. Araştırma, evrende bulunan öğretmenlerden güvenilir şekilde geri dönen 396 ölçme paketinden elde edilen verilerle değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, okulların sosyal sermaye düzeyleri X ̅ = 3,66 ortalama ile ''Çoğunlukla Katılıyorum'' olarak belirlenmiştir. İlkokul ve ortaokullardaki sosyal sermaye düzeyi öğretmenlerin cinsiyetine ve sınıf ve branş öğretmeni olma durumuna göre anlamlı bir farklılık gösterirken, görev yaptıkları okul türüne ve mesleki kıdemine göre anlamlı bir farklılık göstermemektedir. Öğretmenlerin iş doyumu beklenti düzeyleri ''Yüksek'' iken beklentilerin gerçekleşme düzeyleri ''Orta'' olarak bulunmuştur. Okulların sosyal sermaye düzeyleri ile öğretmenlerin iş doyum düzeyleri arasında ''Orta'' düzeyde pozitif ve anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu görülmüştür. The purpose of this study is to find out the primary and secondary school teacher's job satisfaction with the level of social capital investigation of the relationship between. The study is planned and organized according to the 'Relational Scanning Model''. 10 elementary schools and 10 secondary schools from the center of four country towns ( Bayraklı, Bornova, Karşıyaka and Çiğli ) are the main focus places of the study. The research was carried out on 490 teachers by delivering the research papers and evaluation was kept with 396 research papers which were turned back. At the end of the research, the social finances of the schools were defined as 'mostly I agree' by the percentage of x : 3,66. In primary and secondary schools, the social finance statues of the teachers don't make any difference with regard to sex, school type, class and branch. While Job satisfaction levels of the teachers are 'high', the level of expectation of these coming true are 'medium'. And it has been found that there is a close connection between the social finance statue of the school and job satisfaction level of the teachers. By looking at all these results, as the social finance increase, the job satisfaction of the teachers increases, too. And some realities as trust, care, Networks, attendance, belonging effect somehow job satisfaction. Key words : Social finance, trust, Networks, care, attendence, beloning, job satisfaction
