Abstract
Bu çalışma örgütlerin hedeflerine ulaşmalarında önemli etkenler olan yöneticiye duyulan güvenin ve lider-üye etkileşim kalitesinin çalışanların motivasyonlarını arttırdığını belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır.Özel sektörde çeşitli alanlarda faaliyet gösteren firmalarda farklı meslek dallarındaki farklı kademelerden 443 çalışan ile saha araştırması yapılmış ve veriler analiz edilerek bulgular değerlendirilmiştir. Hipotez testlerinin sonuçları araştırma modelimizi doğrulamıştır. Lidere güven ile lider-üye etkileşiminin etkileşimli halinin çalışanların motivasyonu üzerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı katkısı vardır. Başka bir deyişle güven ile motivasyon arasındaki ilişkide lider-üye etkileşimi şartlı değişken rolü üstlenmektedir. This study is dedicated to demonstrate that the reliance placed on leaders, who are significant factors for organizations to reach their goals and the quality of leader-member exchange improve the motivation of employees. The field research was conducted with 443 employees from different levels under various fields of occupation within companies acting in the various fields of private sector and data obtained from this study were analysed to evaluate findings.The results of hypothesis tests verified our research model. The interaction between leader trust and leader-member exchange has statistically a meaningful contribution to the motivation of employees. In other words, the leader-member exchange plays a qualified variable role in the relation between trust and motivation.
